Client Responsibilities

• Provide necessary access to systems, accounts, or resources as required

Payment Terms

Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement:

• For convenience, with written notice as specified in the agreement
• For cause, if the other party materially breaches the agreement and fails to cure within a reasonable time
• Immediately, if the other party becomes insolvent or enters bankruptcy proceedings

Upon termination, you will pay for all services rendered up to the termination date. We will deliver all completed work and transfer applicable rights as outlined in the service agreement.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions or any service agreement:

• Parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiations
• If negotiations fail, disputes may be submitted to mediation before resorting to litigation
